Family-owned, and still serving New Jersey
All American Power Washing LLC was built on service, hard work and pride in our community. It started with a man who retired from one public service career and went looking for another way to help his neighbors.
Mike's story
Mike spent his career as a county corrections officer. When he retired, he knew he wasn't done serving the people of this state.
He and his family saw a chance to put that same work ethic and community spirit into something new: an exterior cleaning company that does top-tier work for homes and businesses without the high price tag. All American Power Washing opened in 2025, and it's still run the way it started, by family.
Being family-owned means every property gets treated the way we'd treat our own. It means you deal directly with the owner. And it means our reputation lives or dies on whether you'd call us again.
Today we wash houses, roofs, driveways, decks, fences and gutters across South Jersey, and we install permanent LED lighting too. The mission hasn't changed: honest, high-quality work that helps our neighbors keep their properties looking their best.
How we work
A few things we do on every job, whether it's a single walkway or a whole house.
- We document before we wash
- On the day of service we inspect the area and record any existing damage, like loose siding, chipped paint or failed seals, on a checklist you review and sign. If you can't be there, we take photos and let you know what we found. If something new turns up mid-job, we stop and show you.
- We match the method to the surface
- Delicate surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. Concrete gets the pressure it needs. We won't damage wood for the sake of making it look brighter.
- We look after your landscaping
- We take precautions around plants and garden beds. Tell us about anything that's already stressed or delicate, and we'll take extra care.
- We're fully insured
- All American Power Washing LLC carries insurance, so your property is protected while we work.
